Sticking to the recommended dosage ensures you get the benefits without unnecessary risks. Don’t let ego drive you to take more than necessary—your body will thank you for it.

We recommend only using caffeine and stimulants around your training, and avoiding unnecessary caffeine intake with coffee and energy drinks. You will likely feel best consuming 400mg of caffeine or less per day.
- Start with 1/2 serving and work up to 1 serving, if you choose. Never exceed 1 serving of any Centurion Labz product. Never use more than needed to get your desired performance. We like to call this POWER WITH CAUTION.
- Once you’ve build a tolerance to 1 full serving, you need to reduce your caffeine consumption (not increase it, contrary to what most users do). Discontinue use or use only 1/2 serving for 1-2 weeks, and then work your way back up to 1 serving. Repeat this cycle as needed.
