SUGGESTED USE:

For beginners, SHAKE WELL and pour 1/2 serving (1 fl. oz) to fill 2/3 of the bottle lid, and take 30 minutes before training. For the truly hardcore, consume 1 serving (1+1/3 lid fills) (2 fl. oz). DO NOT EXCEED 1 serving in a 24 hour period. Store in a cool, dry place.
