Q: How is the best way to take GODLY CRE™?
A. GODLY CRE™ may be taken before, during, or after training. We recommend mixing it with your pre-workout and drinking it 30 minutes before you train. Drinking plenty of water and consuming carbohydrates (or fats for keto athletes) 60-90 minutes before training will enhance the effectiveness of your training. Ideally, drink minimally 12-24oz of water during your training session to maximize pumps, increase muscle hydration, and satisfy the creatine's need for water.
Q. Can GODLY CRE™ be used with Warpath?
A. Absolutely! Although both GODLY CRE™ and Warpath contain creatine, they contain different forms of creatine and were intended to work differently. Advantageously, the Astragin® and electrolytes in GODLY CRE™ will enhance the effectiveness of Warpath, meanwhile, the Vanadyl Sulfate and Arachidonic Acid in Warpath will enhance the effectiveness in GODLY CRE™.

A: Centurion Labz products can be purchased here on our site or with one of our dozens of certified retail store partners across the United States. We work with local businesses like mom and pop shops so we enjoy supporting those businesses as well.
Q: If I order today, when would my order ship?
A: We ship orders as soon as possible. Weekdays, orders that come in before 4-5pm EST typically ship the same day. We ship on Saturdays too, although our carrier pickup times vary. But we can assure Friday evening orders ship. Federal Holidays and USPS errors and delays are out of our control, but we do our best to help ensure every supplement gets to you safely and securely.

Q: Can beginners and women take pre-workout?
If you are a healthy adult, yes! Start with ½ scoop and see how you feel. You can always try a full scoop later. Remember not to use more than 1 scoop a day.
Q: Is pre-workout a necessity?
A: No, it’s not. You can still train without it. But you can take pre-workout supplements if you want to experience the ultimate performance boost and energy surge to take your workouts to the next level.
Q: Is pre-workout harmful?
A: Many pre-workouts (such as God of Rage, God of War, and God of Fire) contain stimulants similar to coffee and energy drinks. We recommend limiting your caffeine/stimulant intake to once or max twice per day when you need it most. Only healthy adults without heart or blood pressure issues should consider taking pre-workout.
