This stack is phenomenal for my workouts on heavy lift days. The sustainability and fact there is zero crash from the pre ensure I have a great pump every time. As someone who has a long workout routine I love the longevity without having to add additional caffeine while in the middle of my session.
I’ve tried so many different pre workouts. This one takes the cake by far. It sometimes out last my lifts. Never any crash and the flavor is amazing.

I’ve tried all 3 hi stim pre’s and blood rush. They all deliver exactly as promised! Very high quality and a great workout partner. Only issue I had was I couldn’t stop sweating with God of fire for a few hours after my workout. So no good for days that I go to work after the gym, lol. But I enjoyed that one too, nonetheless.
Excellent flavor and a very good energy boost for training.
The duo doesn’t seem like much at 1st but, after 30 minutes you will be sweating buckets and the pump will be crazy. Take extra water.
Best stuff on the market hands down. I’m on my 5th tub of fire and still works like day one. The rainbow candy flavor is amazing. Tried everything they have and can say you will not be disappointed.
All I use is centurion labz since I found them. Blood rush gives an amazing pump. Paired with god of fire and you’re set to have the best workout. I haven’t had anything I wouldn’t recommend from this company.
All the high stims offer to be THE preworkout and this one delivers. I have not trued GOd Of Fire yet and it's probably next on my list but this one I feel was the best of all I've tried in the stim category yet and I've trued alot of high stim preworkouts over the years. The peach mango is a good flavor but their grape is the best in taste in my opinion. Nice energy delivery with a minimum amount of tingles but enough to notice. I'd definitely recommend it if your tolerance is high. If it isn't try a half scoop. Good stuff guys.

Centurion Labz was started by 2 Doctors in Langhorne, PA in 2014 inside a local gym. It rapidly grew to other gyms, then mom and pop retail stores, and then international distributors.
Trevor Nolan Bower first discovered Centurion Labz at the Arnold Sports Festival in 2016, and he recognized something rare – a brand that delivered real value without relying on hype.
He brought Centurion Labz into his retail store, where it quickly became the standout brand. Trevor, who witnessed the dark sides of the supplements industry both as a consumer and as a retail store owner, made a commitment to help others reach their fitness goals with the right information, community, and supplements.
In 2020, he acquired the company with one mission: take what already worked – and make it better without compromising what made it special.

It depends on the product. For high-stim pre-workouts, taking occasional breaks (every 8-12 weeks) can help maintain effectiveness and prevent tolerance buildup. For non-stim products like Blood Rush, creatine, or wellness supplements, daily use is fine—they're designed for consistency. Listen to your body. If something stops working as well, take a week off and reset. We're not trying to get you dependent on anything. We want long-term results, not short-term spikes.

We ship orders as soon as possible. Weekdays, orders that come in before 4-5pm EST typically ship the same day. We ship on Saturdays too, although our carrier pickup times vary. But we can assure Friday evening orders ship. Federal Holidays and USPS errors and delays are out of our control, but we do our best to help ensure every supplement gets to you safely and securely.
