SUGGESTED USE:
For beginners, mix 1/2 scoop with 6-12 oz of water and consume 30 minutes before training. For the truly hardcore, mix 1 full scoop with water and consume 30 minutes before training. DO NOT EXCEED 1 scoop in a 24 hour period. Store in a cool, dry place.

A: Centurion Labz products can be purchased here on our site or with one of our dozens of certified retail store partners across the United States. We work with local businesses like mom and pop shops so we enjoy supporting those businesses as well.
Q: If I order today, when would my order ship?
A: We ship orders as soon as possible. Weekdays, orders that come in before 4-5pm EST typically ship the same day. We ship on Saturdays too, although our carrier pickup times vary. But we can assure Friday evening orders ship. Federal Holidays and USPS errors and delays are out of our control, but we do our best to help ensure every supplement gets to you safely and securely.
PRE-WORKOUT QUESTIONS
Q: Can beginners and women take pre-workout?
If you are a healthy adult, yes! Start with ½ scoop and see how you feel. You can always try a full scoop later. Remember not to use more than 1 scoop a day.
Q: Is pre-workout a necessity?
A: No, it’s not. You can still train without it. But you can take pre-workout supplements if you want to experience the ultimate performance boost and energy surge to take your workouts to the next level.
Q: Is pre-workout harmful?
A: Many pre-workouts (such as God of Rage, God of War, and God of Fire) contain stimulants similar to coffee and energy drinks. We recommend limiting your caffeine/stimulant intake to once or max twice per day when you need it most. Only healthy adults without heart or blood pressure issues should consider taking pre-workout.

Blood Rush is so powerful it made people i have trained with for years saying" man you are pumped and swole today". Blood Rush is packed and loaded with effective levels of Citruline and Arginine, so much that i could feel every rep when it kicked in. Got a bad batch of this product. Came clumpy. Contacted the company and they shipped me out a new one right out. Great product, even better customer care. 2nd to non on both the product and ownership.

What an amazing product! I would stack this with my god of rage or god of war preworkouts and my pumps are absolutely insane! Highly recommend if you love feeling like the hulk in the weight room.
