SUGGESTED USE:
If you’re new to the game, start with ½ scoop mixed with 6-12 oz of water and drink it 30 minutes before you train. If you’re a seasoned warrior, go for 1 full scoop with water and drink it 30 minutes before you train. EVEN IF YOU’RE A FLAMING GOD, DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 1 SCOOP IN A DAY.

A: Centurion Labz products can be purchased here on our site or with one of our dozens of certified retail store partners across the United States. We work with local businesses like mom and pop shops so we enjoy supporting those businesses as well.
Q: If I order today, when would my order ship?
A: We ship orders as soon as possible. Weekdays, orders that come in before 4-5pm EST typically ship the same day. We ship on Saturdays too, although our carrier pickup times vary. But we can assure Friday evening orders ship. Federal Holidays and USPS errors and delays are out of our control, but we do our best to help ensure every supplement gets to you safely and securely.

Q: Can beginners and women take pre-workout?
If you are a healthy adult, yes! Start with ½ scoop and see how you feel. You can always try a full scoop later. Remember not to use more than 1 scoop a day.
Q: Is pre-workout a necessity?
A: No, it’s not. You can still train without it. But you can take pre-workout supplements if you want to experience the ultimate performance boost and energy surge to take your workouts to the next level.
Q: Is pre-workout harmful?
A: Many pre-workouts (such as God of Rage, God of War, and God of Fire) contain stimulants similar to coffee and energy drinks. We recommend limiting your caffeine/stimulant intake to once or max twice per day when you need it most. Only healthy adults without heart or blood pressure issues should consider taking pre-workout.

This pre-workout has been a game changer for me! I have a lot of caffeine intake throughout the day (oops) and I haven't found a pre-workout that really measures up to where I need....until God of Fire. It has been the absolute BEST and pushes my workouts to where they need to be. I definitely recommend this stuff!! Ten outta ten!

Flavor is decent not unpleasant but not actually blue gatorade flavor like i was hoping, caffeine level is ridiculously high but it's got enough of a kick that 2/3 of a scoop gets me decently pumped and noticeable thermogenic effect, will be ordering another tub for my spring cut and try the rainbow belts one
I really appreciate the feedback DJ! I'm sorry your expectations weren't met with the flavor. Glacier Burst is supposed to be more of a white monster flavor than blue gatorade. Don’t ever change this pre workout!! I’ve taken a lot of pres and all these companies be putting hella shit like nootropics and other crap to make feel good etc. I just want an old fashioned good hitting pre workout with solid nutrition facts. This one gets me going, good energy, good mental focus and definitely good sweat. I use a pump with this pre and man I am on a different level.
