Q: If I order today, when would my order ship?
A: We ship orders as soon as possible. Weekdays, orders that come in before 4-5pm EST typically ship the same day. We ship on Saturdays too, although our carrier pickup times vary. But we can assure Friday evening orders ship. Federal Holidays and USPS errors and delays are out of our control, but we do our best to help ensure every supplement gets to you safely and securely.

Q: Can beginners and women take pre-workout?
If you are a healthy adult, yes! Start with ½ scoop and see how you feel. You can always try a full scoop later. Remember not to use more than 1 scoop a day.
Q: Is pre-workout a necessity?
A: No, it’s not. You can still train without it. But you can take pre-workout supplements if you want to experience the ultimate performance boost and energy surge to take your workouts to the next level.
Q: Is pre-workout harmful?
A: Many pre-workouts (such as God of Rage, God of War, and God of Fire) contain stimulants similar to coffee and energy drinks. We recommend limiting your caffeine/stimulant intake to once or max twice per day when you need it most. Only healthy adults without heart or blood pressure issues should consider taking pre-workout.

Really like God of Fire as my pre workout drink. Taste great and gets the body ready for my workout. I’ve tried hundreds, and this is my favorite go to pre workout. I’m currently about 70% cardio, 30% weight as I’m coming back from injury.

Like the sweat that comes with training on this. Not for everyone. My buddy was complaining it was too much for his liking. Waiting on more to artive in mailbox right now. Feels clean and well sourced.
