Centurion Labz was started by 2 Doctors in Langhorne, PA in 2014 inside a local gym. It rapidly grew to other gyms, then mom and pop retail stores, and then international distributors.

Trevor Nolan Bower first discovered Centurion Labz at the Arnold Sports Festival in 2016, and he recognized something rare – a brand that delivered real value without relying on hype.

He brought Centurion Labz into his retail store, where it quickly became the standout brand. Trevor, who witnessed the dark sides of the supplements industry both as a consumer and as a retail store owner, made a commitment to help others reach their fitness goals with the right information, community, and supplements.

In 2020, he acquired the company with one mission: take what already worked – and make it better without compromising what made it special. 

Today, Centurion Labz maintains full label transparency, third-party tests every batch, and operates with the same hands-on approach that built its reputation. Every product was created from our own personal experiences and the voices of our customers through face-to-face conversations.

Centurion Labz has sold over 1 million tubs of pre-workout to more than 100,000 lifters and the owner still personally answers customer calls - in addition to designing product labels, working with manufacturers, hands on marketing, and maintaining the standards of the brand across all operational aspects.

He ensures that the right expectations are being set for our community; not overhyped and unrealistic expectations. The goal is always to explain what our products do, how to best use them, and what we recommend to do alongside the products to get the best results. We stand firm against the typical marketing tactics that the industry uses to push quick sales. We care most about making a difference in the lives of others. We wouldn't be in this business if we weren't accomplishing that everyday through our efforts. It depends on the product. For high-stim pre-workouts, taking occasional breaks (every 8-12 weeks) can help maintain effectiveness and prevent tolerance buildup. For non-stim products like Blood Rush, creatine, or wellness supplements, daily use is fine—they're designed for consistency. Listen to your body. If something stops working as well, take a week off and reset. We're not trying to get you dependent on anything. We want long-term results, not short-term spikes.

We ship orders as soon as possible. Weekdays, orders that come in before 4-5pm EST typically ship the same day. We ship on Saturdays too, although our carrier pickup times vary. But we can assure Friday evening orders ship. Federal Holidays and USPS errors and delays are out of our control, but we do our best to help ensure every supplement gets to you safely and securely.

Every product we make is 3rd party lab tested and formulated to comply with current regulations. We don't use banned substances, and we're transparent about what's in every formula. That said, our pre-workouts are high-performance and intended for healthy adults who train hard. If you have heart issues, blood pressure concerns, or any medical conditions, consult your doctor before using any supplement—ours or anyone else's. We're not here to cut corners. We're here to make products that work for serious lifters who know what they're doing.

Follow the directions, start with the recommended 1/2 serving dose, and don’t let ego get in the way. NEVER go above one serving in a 24 hour period. Remember, it’s about improving your body and mind, one workout at a time.

Be mindful of your caffeine and stimulant intake throughout the day. We don’t recommend using multiple stimulant products in the same day.
